The Intelect Mobile Ultrasound provides an innovative case with logical control and graphical LCD display. The optional battery or mains powered system provides 1 and 3 Mhz frequency in continuous (100%) operation or in pulsed formats of 10%, 20% and 50%. The Intelect Mobile Ultrasound also includes pulsed frequency outputs of 16Hz, 48Hz or 100Hz and 10 available programmable memory positions.

The Ultrasound output is a clean, culminated beam with a BNR that is of the lowest available (max 5:1). The newly designed ultrasound applicators are created to providet the ergonomic fit and feel to provide ultrasound efficiency with no potential for parasitic radiation to the therapist. Each sound head incorporates head warming and includes a contact control program with visual and auditory feedback when coupling is compromised. Electronic Signature is built into the ultrasound transducer assuring a calibrated function when interchanged with either Intelect Ultrasound or Intelect Combination units.

This unit is supplied with a 5cm2 ultrasound head, ultrasound gel, mains lead and operating instructions.

PLEASE NOTE that we can now supply an adaptor ( S1549 ) which allows any Intelect Mobile therapy unit to be held securely on the Intelect Trolley ( S1506 ) while it is being used in a clinical setting, and easily removed again to allow use in the field.

The Metron Accusonic therapeutic Ultrasound offers 1 MHz ultrasound through a detachable applicator.

Microprocessor technology has been used to make the Accusonic compact and easy to use. This technology has allowed a number of useful features to be presented in the Accusonic.

For instance : -
If during the treatment, insufficient contact occurs, then the treatment timer will stop, and the ultrasound output is reduced. Once sufficient contact is detected, then treatment will continue.
The internal service software runs the calibration procedures, minimising the technicians involvement.
Communicates with the transducer to correctly monitor and control frequency and contact sensing.

Convenience of electrotherapy and Ultrasound in one transportable device. The Intelect® Mobile Combo offers simple logic and a built-in graphical LCD display. The optional battery or mains powered device offers a 2-channel combination system complete with nine currents and ultrasound that can be administered independently or with combination therapy.

These waveforms include 2 & 4 pole Interferential, Galvanic, Hi Volt, Microcurrent, VMS, Russian and TENS.

The ultrasound component provides 1 and 3 MHz frequencies, as well as a selection of duty cycles. Choose from a continuous duty cycle at 100% or in pulsed formats of 10%, 20%, and 50%.
 

These units come standard with a newly designed 5cm² ultrasound applicator. 1 cm², 2 cm²and 10 cm² ultrasound applicators are available as options. All applicators come equipped with Electronic Signature™, which uses a microprocessor chip residing in the applicator head to store the unique characteristics of the crystal. This ensures proper operation with each treatment.
