Lojer Speed Pulley

The Lojer Speed Pulley is more versatile than the medical pulley in that it adds an additional method of adjusting the exercise dosage.

 By “slowing down” the movement of the weight stack in relation to the speed of the pulley rope, it allows the utilization of the changes of speed in rehabilitation. As a result, workloads can be increased/ decreased without changing the number of weight increments.

The double-handle version Speed Pulley is also an integrated part of multi-directional rehabilitation. By dosing for stability and mobility at the same time the therapist is loading both components of functional movement simultaneously.

Please note that when you train with the Lojer Speed Pulley and you pull the rope by one meter, the weight stack rises only appr. 20 cm. This means flexibility in terms of considering different kind of training (running with resistance, throwing the base ball with resistance etc..)
